We are sad to announce that on September 20, 2021, at the age of 78, John R. Toth of Middletown, New Jersey, born in New Brunswick, New Jersey passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Rose Toth and John Toth. He is survived by: his wife Maureen; his daughter Erin Mazzolla (Michael); his grandchildren, Evan and Bryn Mazzolla; his brother Ralph Toth; and his children, God Church and N. J.. He is also survived by in laws, nieces, nephews cousins and friends.
