He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph DeMaio and Rita DeMaio. He is survived by: his wife Ellen; his sons, Joseph DeMaio and Thomas DeMaio; and his siblings, Michael DeMaio (Darlene), John DeMaio and Mary Ehrgott (Michael). He is also survived by 9 nieces and nephews.
