She is survived by: her husband James Politano III; her children, Karen Politano, James Politano IV (Susan) and Kimberly Kampe (William); her grandchildren, Julia, Chelsey, Samantha, James V, Brieana, Cyara, Delaynie, Kaylin, Isabella and Eliana; and her great grandchildren, Mya and Marek.
