She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Burtnett and Bertie Joe Burtnett. She is survived by: her husband Jeff Horton; her children, Rachel Lawing (Lincoln) and John; her granddaughters, Reagan and Ryleigh; and her brother Howard Lee Burtnett (Elizabeth) of Greenville, NC.. She is also survived by her husband, children and grandchildren, but lots of other beloved family members.
