He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ashkar; his children, Jennifer Ashkar (Mark Lynn) of Holmdel, NJ, Richard Ashkar (Jessica Sarro) of Middletown, NJ and Michael Ashkar (Nicole Ashkar) of Middletown, NJ; and his grandchildren, Emma, Lilah, Zoe, Cole, Maverick and Marley.
