She was predeceased by: her husband Samuel; her parents, Pietro Mazzagatti and Mary Mazzagatti (Cicciari); her siblings, Frank, Peter Mazzagatti and Josephine Ferrazoli; and her siblings' children, Nina Mazzagatti and John Ferrazoli.
She is survived by: her children, John Bonura (Donna) of Bluffton, SC, Diane Ripa (Ben) of Millstone Township, NJ and Mary Ann Lepping (Jack) of Brielle, NJ.; her grandchildren, Lauren Giallella (Louis), Michael Kapuscienski (Nicole), Samantha Kapuscienski, Krista Franki (Matt), Jenna Mudd (Taylor), Jessica Kolesnik (Mike), John Bonura (Megan), Ryan Ripa (Jackie) and Christopher Ripa (Amanda); her brother Salvatore Mazzagatti; and her caregivers, Willie, Rosa and Grace. She is also survived by her fourteen great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests for those who wish to send a donation to the St. Jude for Children Hospital and The Lep Foundation for Youth Education.
