James Strimple Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Strimple of Milltown, New Jersey, born in Penns Grove, New Jersey, who passed away on April 9, 2021 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his former life partner Jane Trice Strimple; his parents, Emma Strimple and Harry Strimple; and his sister Helen (Carlton Hitchner). He is survived by : his wife Winifred Jane Trice; his sons, Richard Trice (Liz) and Jim (Diane) of Princeton, N. J.; his granddaughters, Taylor (Ryan Keenan), Hilary (Alex Chiang), Erin Strimple-Barker, Meredith (Ben Skowronski), Sarah (Matt Reddell) and Courtney (Medford Sorrells); and his great grandchildren, Emerson, Colin, Eliza, Andrew and Winifred.
He lived through the depression, World War II, the Korean War, Vietnam, man landing on the moon, the computer age and survived the Covid Pandemic, but Father Time caught up with him.
