He is survived by: his children, Carter (Donald Sr.) and Leroy Gandy III; his grandchildren, Donald "Anthony" Carter Jr. and Makiyah Carter; and his daughter Carol Weaver (Gandy). He is also survived by his former wife and mother of his children.
