He is survived by: his wife Joanne Azzaro (Guarino) of Monroe Twp; his daughters, Jenna and Natalie; his brothers, Dennis Azzaro (Joan) of Port St and Fred Azzaro of Queens, NY; his mother-in-law Mary Guarino of Whiting; and his sister-in-law Lisa Guarino.
