He is survived by: his daughters, Andrea Czajkowski (Mark) and Carol Anzalone; his daughter-in-law Sheila Anzalone; his grandchildren, Christina Anzalone, Katherine Czajkowski and James Czajkowski (Colleen); his great grandchild Connor Czajkowski; his sister Josephine Mastropolo; and his brother-in-law Joseph Rocchio (Mary). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
