He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Francine Palmer (Arnaud); his siblings, Paul Palmer (Marian) of Phoenix, AZ and Barbara Deeds (Jim) of Monument, CO; his children, Chris Palmer (Susan) of Manasquan, NJ, Alexandra Palmer-Rogers (Will Rogers) of Highland Park, NJ, Michael Palmer of Brooklyn, NY and James Palmer of Manasquan, NJ; his son-in-law Christian Laugier (Reyrieux, France); his grandson Pierre Laugier (Morgane); his children, Camille, Louise and Antonin; his granddaughter Cathy Benoit (Jean-Charles); his children, Thomas, Lea and Nicole Laugier; and his parents, Charles Palmer (Chuck) and Florence Palmer (Lichtenstein). He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
