He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Tara Polizzi and Rich Polizzi (Heather); his grandchildren, John Jr., Jack, Joielynn, Charlie, Emma and Derek; his sister Roseanne Scaduto (Anthony); and his sister-in-law Ann Polizzi.
