He was predeceased by: his daughter Helen Booth; and his siblings, Jozef, August, Czestaw and Aniela.
He is survived by: his wife Genowefa "Gina" Misiag (Makowska); his children, Richard (Joanne) and Jolanta Scassera (Robert); and his grandchildren, Gregory Scassera, Nicolette Misiag, Daniel Scassera, Eric and Sean Booth. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
