It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Anthony Maffei (Montclair, New Jersey), who passed away on November 15, 2019, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James V. Maffei and Mary Maffei (Doherty); his children, James Maffei of Hackensack and Kara Romano (Robert) of Annandale, NJ.; and his siblings, John (Maggie) of Bluffton, SC, Molly Baldwin (Reggie) of Vernon, TX and Vincent (Linda) of Durham, CT..
