He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond and Irene; and his brother Raymond, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Roxanne; his children, Hannah Forsythe (Paul) of Branford, Andrea Fernandez (John), Robert Blair (Cassandra) of Dallas, David Blair (Daphne) and Gary Blair of Atlanta; and his sister Cheryl Ann Blair Melton (Gilbert) of Los Angeles. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
