She was predeceased by: her husband Peter D'Agostino; her son-in-law Leo Alexander; and her grandson Ethan Stickle. She is survived by: her children, Patricia Schroeder (Gary), Jean Shea, Mary Alexander, Mark D'Agostino (Cheryl) and Chris Ann Patrick (Christopher); her grandchildren, Travis Monahan (Stacey) and Amanda Cooper (William); and her great grandchildren, Keegan Monahan and Wyatt Monahan.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Par-Troy Funeral Home (95 Parsippany Rd, Parsippany-Troy Hills, NJ 07054). A Mass will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Saint Catherine of Siena R. C. Church (10 N Pocono Rd, Mountain Lakes, NJ 07046).
