She is survived by: her siblings, Velma Rogers of Camden, AL and Arthur Lee Wiggins of Ohio; her children, Elder Savannah Wiggins-Bell of Morristown, NJ, Patricia Wiggins of Morristown, NJ, Gracie Dawkins of Morristown, NJ, Herbert Jr. Wiggins (Arlene) of East Orange, NJ, Jessie Wiggins (Zsa Zsa) of Bushkill, PA, Miller Wiggins (Barbara) of Morristown, NJ, Alphonso Wiggins (Dichelle) of Salisbury, MD and Melvin Wiggins of Rockaway, NJ; and her grandchildren, Sharitha Dawkins, Mesha Wiggins and Regina Adell Wiggins. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
