It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Edward Taborn (Morristown, New Jersey), born in Oxford, North Carolina, who passed away on February 19, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Earlie James Taborn and Mattie Taborn (Henderson); his wife Marjorie Taborn; and his siblings, Gloria Bass, Annie Ruth Taborn and Ernest Taborn (Boot).

He is survived by : his godson Jay Smith; his close friend Marlene Harris (Morristown); and also, Delia King, Ryanne King, Shekinah King, Jaylen of Washington, Dante Webber and Tyeesha Webber (US Army) of Newark, NJ. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great and great great nieces and nephews, cousins and other family members and friends.
