He was predeceased by: his son Thomas W. Baker (Linda Baker). He is survived by: his children, Kenneth Baker (Kelliann) of Morristown and Karen Territo (Ed) of Succasunna; his grandchildren, Brandon Bowers (Amanda), Austin Bowers, Chase Baker, Charleigh Territo and EJ Territo; and his sister Nancy Perkalis of Mt. Tabor.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made in his memory to St Huberts Animal Welfare Center.
