He was predeceased by: his parents, Winford Jay Halsey, Sr. and Eleanor Halsey (Statum); and his brothers, Steven Halsey and Nathan Halsey. He is survived by: his wife Jean Mary Halsey; his son Daniel Jay Halsey; and his sisters, Claudia Cook and Debra Sizemore. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
