He was predeceased by : his grandfathers, Thomas Cummins and Charles Kelly. He is survived by : his parents, Anne Marie Cummins and John Patrick Cummins Sr.; his brother James MacConchie; his sister-in-law Meagan MacConchie; his sister Eimile Cummins; his nieces, Cali, Skylar, Brynn and Kenzie MacConchie; his grandmothers, Patricia Cummins and Joan Kelly; and his friends, Scott Barchi, Dylan Bale and Kyle Voloshin.

Visitation was held on Saturday, May 25th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Ely Funeral Home (3316 NJ-33, Neptune City, NJ 07753). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 25th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
