He is survived by: his children, Melvie Smith of Lakewood, NJ, Julius Smith Jr. (Kimberly Smith) of Gainesville, FL., Joseph Lockhart of Manchester, NJ, Jerry Lockhart of Ocala, FL and Martha Ann Lockhart of Gainesville, FL.; and his friends, Garnett, Leroy, Courtney and Loretta Wright. He is also survived by 21 great-grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
