She is survived by: her stepdaughters, Valerie and Lori Owens; her goddaughter Cynthia Moore of Neptune, NJ; and her stepgrandchildren, Major Mack Owens, III (Maria), Christopher Owens of Louisville, KY and Adrienne Tennyson of Louisville, KY. She is also survived by niece and several nephews.
