She was predeceased by: her mother Irene Brogdon; her husband George Durden; her siblings, Stanfield, Marion, William, Lawrence Brogdon and Doreatha Lipscomb; and her brother-in-law Atabell Owens.
She is survived by: her siblings, Margo Purdy and Al Brogdon; her nieces and nephews, Evonne, Catherine, Jacalyn and Jerry Lipscomb (Audrey); and her stepchildren, George, Jr., Ronald and Patricia Durden. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
