He was predeceased by: his parents, John Herbert and Muriel Herbert (Ulmer). He is survived by: his sisters, Joanne McGurl (James) and Jean Rynn; his nephew Patrick McGurl; his nieces, Natalie and Rebecca Rynn; his uncle Ron Ulmer; his aunts, Lois Ulmer and Joyce Bailey; and his friend John. He is also survived by cousins, extended family and many friends.
