She was predeceased by: her parents, Hermann Schmidt and Martha Schmidt; and her siblings, Martha Czopek Bartholmew and Albert Schmidt. She is survived by: her husband Walter Simon; her children, Walter (Anne Simon), Patricia (Harry Kremer) and Marianne (Frank Cue); and her grandchildren, Travis (Amy), Kim, Chris Simon, Amanda, Emma Kremer and Matthew Cue. She is also survived by two great grandchildren.
