He was predeceased by: his parents, Wendell Parratt and Rita Parratt; his wife Margaret "Oodie" Parratt; and his brothers, Stephen and Thomas Parratt.

He is survived by: his son Stephen Parratt; his grandson Shane (Neptune); his daughter Amy Parratt (Scott Caswell) of Charlotte, NC; and his siblings, Phillip Parratt (Kathy), David Parratt (Darriel) and Mary Rock (Ken) of Apollo, PA.. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
