She is survived by: her parents, John Rowland and Mary Irene Rowland; her husband Edmund; her siblings, John H. Rowland Jr., Elizabeth Huber and Irene Clark; her son Kevin of Philadelphia; her daughter-in-law Patricia of Philadelphia; her stepbrother Robert Cox of Pennsylvania; her granddaughter Christine Balen (Stephen); and her great grandchildren, Austin, Cameron and Savannah Grace. She is also survived by 20 nieces and nephews and may great nieces and nephews and great great nieces and nephews.
