He is survived by: his wife Anne; his sons, Steffan Levine (Debbie) of Austin, TX, Douglas Levine (Stephanie) of Austin, TX, Jason Cohen (Krissy) of Levittown, PA and Joshua Cohen (Amanda) of North Brunswick, NJ; and his grandchildren, Sydney, Noah, Ayla, Jordyn, Ethan, Max and Charlie.
