He was predeceased by: his parents, John Mako and Irene Mako (Predare). He is survived by: his sisters, Patricia Burda, Dorinda Sotelo and Barbara Jimenez. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and even several great great nieces.
