He is survived by: his wife Donna Consalvo; his son Nick Consalvo; his sister Sandy Consalvo; his sister-in-law Deborah Ellis; his nieces and nephews, David Ellis, Bill Sarino and Michelle Ellis; his friend Billy Lotz; and his pet Jack. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
