He was predeceased by: his parents, Rosario Maimone and Josephine Maimone; and his wife Mary C. Maimone. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Daniel, Gabriel, Isabella, Joseph (Genna), Kerri, Marissa, Nicole, Rocco (Lisa) and Shari (Robert); and his sister Antoinette Marchetta of New Brunswick.
