She was predeceased by: her parents, Nathaniel Wells and Albridge Wells; her husband Hubert Allen; her children, Launa Allen and Hopeton Allen; and her grandson Paul.

She is survived by: her children, Dorothy Scott, Courtney, Claude (Tony) and Winston Allen; her grandchildren, Isha, Dayne, Tasha, Twana (Chrissy), Tunisia, Daron, Corey, Claudia, Kevin, Dylan, Marti Rae and Wyatt; her great grandchildren, Kyra, Jazmyn, Corey Tatiana and Liam; and her goddaughter Jessie Ford.
