She is survived by: her parents, Johnny Chan (Elsa Caesar) and Juliet; her husband Renato R. Perez; her daughter Camille C. Perez; and her siblings, Jane Perez, Judith Chan, Jessica Chan and Johnny Chan Jr..

Even during the COVID-19 pandemic, Juliet worked tirelessly on the frontlines, supporting both her patients and her peers with strength and grace.
