She was predeceased by: her husband Rodolfo Bolivar Perretti; her sons, John Bolivar and Alex Bolivar; and her parents, Jose Vidal and Isadora Vidal (Checa).

She is survived by: her children, Cesar Bolivar (Michelle), Sandra Vicuna (David), Louie Bolivar and Rudy Bolivar; her grandchildren, Tiffany, Elena, Adam, Jomanda, Manny and Tiana; and her great grandchildren, Zariah Elise, Marcus Joseph, Jayden and Leandro Jacob.
