He is survived by: his spouse Deolinda Da Silva Santos; his children, Joao Santos (Rosa), Floriano Santos (Celina), Carminda Santos and Alfredo Santos (Lorraine); his siblings, Ascensao and Zezinha; and his grandchildren, Carminda, Maria, Paulo, Leonel, Phil, Sandra, Scott, Eric, Alex, Katherine and Mathew. He is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations to St Jude Children's Research Hospital http://www.stjude.org would be graciously appreciated.
