He was predeceased by : his parents, Earl Smith and Evelyn Smith. He is survived by : his wife Donna Smith; his children, Jamie Macauley (Chris) and Stacie Butz (Eric); his grandchildren, Christopher, Nick, Kyle and Chloe; his great grandchildren, Kierstyn and Nicholas; and his siblings, Michael Smith (Teresa), Edward Smith, Patty Smith and Debbie Smith. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
