He is survived by: his son Allen, Jr.; his grandchildren, William, Brandon, Benjamin, Joshua, Bella Reese, Jack, Carson, Oliver, Alex, Anthony, Noah, Jacob and Brooklyn; his wife Kathy of Sparta, NJ.; his children, Alicia Dittenhoefer (Terence Manarpaac), Tara Bakke (Russ) and DJ Dittenhoefer (Renea); his sister Jane Turner (Steve); and his stepchildren, Leah Settembre (Mike) and James Caristia (MeeJin). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
