With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jonny Sanchez of North Bergen, New Jersey, who passed away on September 27, 2025 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Jonny is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Jonny's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
He is survived by: his son Byron Sanchez; his grandchild Isla Sanchez; his father Ignacio; and his siblings, Gloria Cobo, Maritza Sanchez, Walter Pinos, Carlos Sanchez and Carol Sanchez.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Barquin Funeral Home (7101 Broadway, North Bergen, NJ 07093). A burial will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at the Arlington Cemetery (748 Schuyler Ave, Kearny, NJ 07032).
