Margarita Martinez Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Margarita Martinez of North Brunswick, New Jersey, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 10, 2026 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Antonio Figueroa and Benigna Figueroa (Martinez); her brother William Figueroa; her nephew Rafael Velez; and her nieces, Lyn and Nina Figueroa.
She is survived by: her children, Nancy Garica (Michael), Yazmin Martinez, Emilio Martinez and Eduardo Martinez; her siblings, Jose Figueroa, Wilfredo Figueroa (Soraida), Delia Martinez, Lucita Figueroa, Carmen Alejandro (Mario), Migdalia Alvarado and Juanita Figueroa; her grandchildren, Emilio, Louis, Yaneliz, Jordan, Brianna, Sierra, Allison, Michael, Mila and Lucca; and her great grandchildren, Michael, Jordan, Jeanellz, Scarlet and Raina. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family.
Visitation will be held on Monday, May 18th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Gleason Funeral Home of North Brunswick (555 Georges Rd, North Brunswick Township, NJ 08902). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, May 19th 2026 at 9:00 AM at the same location. A Mass will be held on Tuesday, May 19th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of Peace Church (1730 US-130, North Brunswick Township, NJ 08902).
