Hetherington; his sister Janice Ciallella-Koch (James); his stepfather Anthony Ciallella; his cousin Jimmy; his siblings-in-law, Corine Brennan (Dan), April Calvin, Laura Koester, Stu Calvin, Lenny Calvin (Viana) and Michael Koester (Andy Miller); and his parents-in-law, Robert and Elaine Koester (Baughan). He is also survived by Uncle.
