He was predeceased by: his parents, John Jacobsen and Hanna Jacobsen (Clausen); his wife Dorothy J. Jacobsen; and his brother John Jacobsen. He is survived by: his cousin Diane Diana of North Carolina. He is also survived by his nine nieces, and his many great-nieces and great-nephews.
