He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew J. and Janette Bozarth. He is survived by: his siblings, Janette Green and David Bozarth (Donna); his children, Matthew Bozarth, Patricia Gardener (Rich), Ellen McDevitt Humphries (Stan), John McDevitt (Karen), Paul McDevitt (Brett), Karen Wagenseller (David) and Ruth Kulisek; and his great grandchild Uncle. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in his name and sent to Central United Methodist Church, Linwood.
