He is survived by: his parents, Carole Cummings and Joseph Cummings; his siblings, Jason Cummings (Jaclyn) and Courtney Cummings Prokop (Todd); his uncle Denice McConnell; his siblings' children, Charlotte Cummings, Ava Prokop and Jacob Cummings; Ken McConnell, Pasquale Santaniello, Shannan Harris Cummings, Deanna McConnell and Alexa McConnell. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
