We are sad to announce that on November 9, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Joan P. Butterworth of Norwood, New Jersey. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Walter; her children, Dan (Ceidys), Cathy Verdigi (late John), Chuck (Donna) and Jim (Laura); her grandchildren, Dan, Ryan, Jeremy, Jaime, Jessica, Taylor, Allison, Nicole, David and Christian; her great grandchildren, Joshua, Avery, John, Aiden, Olivia, Calhaun, Charlotte, James, Sydney, Brian, Daniel and Brittany; and her sister Connie Ercolino (late Ritchie).
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 11th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Pizzi Funeral Home (120 Paris Ave, Northvale, NJ 07647). A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, November 12th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Immaculate Conception Church (211 Summit St, Norwood, NJ 07648).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Joan's memory to Fr. Franco Pinto at S.D.B. Salesians Provincial, 148 Main Street, New Rochelle, New York, 10802.
