He is survived by: his wife Josephine Mohs; his sons, Dr. Donald C. Mohs Jr. (Annette), Kenneth Mohs and Lawrence F. Mohs (Michele); his stepdaughter Donna; his grandchildren, Connor, Abigail, Katelyn, Kelsi, Brandon, Vincent, Shannon, Rosemarie, Angelina and Josephine; and his siblings, Michael, John and Mary Ellen. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
