She was predeceased by: her parents, Helen Elizabeth Krebaum Nelson and Hilding Victor Nelson; her husband William Franklin Clark; and her siblings, Carl G. Nelson, Lorraine Nelson Schmidt, Carol Nelson England and Dolores Nelson Siffert.
She is survived by: her children, Janet Clark Ricat (Roger) of Oakland, NJ, William F. Clark (Susan) of Mahwah, NJ and Karen Clark Gregory (Christopher) of Vernon, NJ.; her grandchildren, Kristoffer Ricat (Michelle), Meredith Ricat (Rob), William Clark (Elisse), Matthew Clark and Julia Gregory; and her great grandchild Carina Ricat. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
In Lieu of flowers, memorial donations in memory of Audrey E. Clark to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital will be appreciated.
