He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Hoban and Celia Hoban (Healey); his sisters, Mary and Kathleen; and his brother-in-law John Sponauer.
He is survived by: his wife Yvonne Creutzburg; his sons, David, Tom and Kristen; his grandchildren, Megan, Katie and James; his goddaughter Sheila Higgins (Sponauer); and his nephew John Sponauer. He is also survived by friends and extended family.
