He was predeceased by: his parents, James J. Larkins and Anna B. Larkins; and his wife Ann Dougherty Larkins. He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa Matera (Robert), Susan Kelly (Joseph) and Kerry Alejandrino (Francis). He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
