She is survived by: her husband Peter Voyadgis; her children, Aristotle Voyadgis, Athens Pellegrino and Lieutenant Colonel Christopher Pellegrino; her grandchildren, Atticus and Callista Pellegrino; her mother Martha Gandy; and her sisters, Tarea Teasley, Rae Gandy and Kristine White.
Her family requests in lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her memory to the Lupus Research Alliance.
